REFUND POLICY

At JOIA, each piece is handcrafted with intention and care. Due to the nature of our small-batch and made-to-order process, all sales are final.

That said, your satisfaction means everything to us.
If your piece arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos and a description of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right, whether through a replacement or store credit, depending on the case.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • All return requests must be pre-approved before any item is shipped back.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was due to our error.
